Our Torrance studio was founded in 2017 and we have been helping the good folks of the South Bay and surrounding areas feel better ever since. Located at Pacific Coast Highway and Ocean Ave, we are well placed to serve Torrance and the surrounding areas, including the guys up on the hill in Palos Verdes. Our studio is definitely compact; we like to think of it as small, but mighty! Our space is a working studio with an open concept with conversation often flowing between staff and clients alike. StretchSPOT’s focus is on improving body health and performance through stretching and movement. We aim to help people move freely to the best of their ability and live a pain-free life in the most holistic way possible.
